Six themes are free on every plan. A premium theme is a one-time purchase, yours for good. Studio and Atelier come with all fifty — every design, and every one we add next.
Questions
Every link keeps working. If you're over your new plan's storage, the galleries above the limit become read-only — clients can still view and download, you just can't add to them until you're under the line. Nothing is deleted for 30 days, and we write to you before anything changes after that.
Yes, from Account → Manage billing. No notice period, nothing to email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then drops to Free. Upgrades are prorated — you pay only the difference for the time left. The full rules are on the refunds page.
A theme you buy for $79 is yours for good, on any plan — it doesn't go away if you move down, and it's refundable within 7 days if you haven't put it on a published site. Studio and Atelier include all fifty themes for as long as you're on those plans.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and VAT. Where we're required to collect it, Stripe adds it at checkout based on your billing address, and it appears on your receipt.
Only your original files — photos, video clips and RAW. The web-size copies we make for viewing, the watermarked previews and the rendered films don't count.
A commission on each order — 15% on Free, 5% on Solo and Pro, 0% on Studio and Atelier — plus Stripe's card processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢, passed through without markup. Prints ship to US addresses for now. Damaged prints are replaced free when reported within 14 days.
Never. They open the link and they're in. If you've asked for email at the door or set a password, that's all they're asked for.
